Andreas Wölfl

After completing his studies in business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, he began his career at the Vienna Stock Exchange in 2000 in the Indices and Derivatives team in the Investment Services division. He soon headed the team for Austrian indices. Mr. Wölfl has been an entrepreneur since 2004 and was a director of asset management companies based in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, a German bank and a securitization company in Luxembourg.

Mr. Wölfl has been active in the field of securitization and structured investment products since 2007 and has already coordinated several listings of securitized products on the OTC market of the Stuttgart Stock Exchange, the OTC market of Deutsche Börse AG, the multilateral trading facility of the Vienna Stock Exchange, the European Wholesales Securities Market and the main market of the Gibraltar Stock Exchange.
